The Law Offices of Oscar H Gutierrez successfully tried a case involving the beating of an elderly wheelchair-bound man by a Metropolitan Transportation Authority bus driver.
Then-71-year-old Pico Rivera man had an exchange of words with the female bus driver for not stopping at his destination. In which, at that moment the female bus driver began acting aggressively kicking and punching the elderly man.
The woman claimed the act was in self defense, until the Law Offices of Oscar H Gutierrez handled the case.
